(KNSI) – A telephone town hall with Sixth District Congressman Tom Emmer is coming up soon.
The focus of the call is on mental health care, and an expert from the Central Minnesota Mental Health Center will be on the call with Emmer. A press release says attendees can talk about any subject on the call, but its primary focus is on mental health care access.
“May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and it’s incredibly important for Minnesotans to have access to the mental health care they need,” Emmer said in a statement. “I look forward to hosting this telephone town hall to share the important resources that are available to the residents of the Sixth.”
The town hall is set for Tuesday, May 18th from 7 to 8 p.m. Call in at 855-962-1252.
