(KNSI) – The Minnesota Department of Health reports 919 new COVID-19 cases and 15 deaths Wednesday.
The St. Cloud area did not record any COVID deaths today but does add 79 new cases: Benton County 11, Morrison County 3, Sherburne County 24, Stearns County 16 and Wright County 25.
The state processed 21,351 tests on Tuesday for a one-day test positivity rate of 4.3 percent. 481 Minnesotans are currently in the hospital for COVID.
As for vaccinations, 60.7 percent of Minnesotans age 16 and older have received at least one vaccine dose. Half of Minnesota adults are now considered fully vaccinated against COVID-19, including 88 percent of residents 65 and older.
