(KNSI) – St. Cloud State University and CentraCare are launching a healthcare focused Master’s program in January.
The Master of Business Administration in Healthcare System Leadership is aimed at training managers and executives for the region’s hospitals and clinics. The program is geared toward working professionals with healthcare experience and covers healthcare finance, information systems, operations, policy and ethics, along with hospital management and leadership strategy.
SCSU President Dr. Gregory Tomso says healthcare organizations need leaders who understand both the business and human sides of the field.
The first group of students starts in January. A second cohort is planned for fall 2027, depending on enrollment.
