(KNSI) – Get your flannel out of the closet and get yourself out to the Ledge Amphitheatre this Saturday in Waite Park for the fifth annual Flannel Fest. It’s is the season wrap-up for the outdoor concert venue.
The 21 and over event features a variety of food and beverage vendors, games, contests and music. The stage lineup includes Tammy Jo, Church of Cash, and Mason Dixon Line with a tribute to CCR. Westside Liquor is sponsoring free beverage sampling. Food trucks include Waldo’s Pizza, Dana’s Kitchen, and Mr. Twisty. Find out who has the best beard, is best dressed, and is the strongest, with men’s and women’s stein holding contests.
For all the activity, Ledge general manager Meredith Lyon shares there might be a bigger reason to attend, too, saying, “You want to see your neighbors kind of right before we hibernate a little bit during the winter. I think it’s a nice tradition.”
