Milaca Woman Airlifted After Falling From Side-By-Side in Morrison County

(KNSI) – A 19-year-old Milaca woman suffered severe injuries after falling from a moving side-by-side ATV in Morrison County.

The Morrison County Sheriff’s Office says the crash happened around 1:20 Saturday afternoon on Sage Road, roughly five miles southeast of Hillman in Mount Morris Township.

Authorities say a 19-year-old man from Milaca was driving the side-by-side at about 40 miles per hour when his passenger, Izabella Roffe, fell out of the vehicle. The Sheriff’s Office reports Roffe was not wearing a seatbelt or helmet at the time.

She was airlifted to North Memorial Hospital by North Air Care.

Her current condition wasn’t released.
