(KNSI) – The Goodhue County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help locating a missing 14-year-old girl who could be in Benton County.

According to the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, Peyton Knudsen left her grandmother’s home in the 3000 block of 22nd Avenue South in Minneapolis during the early morning hours of April 5th.

Authorities say there is concern for her safety and well-being.
Knudsen is described as black, 5 feet 2 inches tall and approximately 120 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

She was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black running or athletic pants and brown Ugg boots.

Investigators say Knudsen has connections in both Goodhue County and Benton County, and authorities are asking residents in those areas to be on the lookout.

Anyone with information on Knudsen’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Goodhue County Sheriff’s Office at 651-385-3155 or call 911.
