(KNSI) – The nursing program at St. Cloud Technical & Community College has locked in a 10-year accreditation from the National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation, the maximum term the body awards.

The NLN CNEA granted continuing accreditation after reviewing the program’s self-study report, an on-site evaluation conducted in late September, and a program review committee report. The next on-site review isn’t scheduled until spring 2035.

The accreditation comes on the heels of a strong showing in state rankings. RegisteredNursing.org placed SCTCC’s Associate Degree in Nursing program second in Minnesota for the 2025-2026 school year, a ranking based on NCLEX-RN pass rates over the past three years.

The ADN program first earned NLN CNEA accreditation in 2019 and also holds approval from the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
