(KNSI) – The Central Minnesota Builders Association is welcoming the public into 18 newly constructed homes across central Minnesota during the second and final weekend of the Spring Tour of Homes.
The tour spans nine communities, including Cold Spring, Melrose, Rice, Richmond, Sartell, Sauk Rapids, St. Augusta, St. Cloud, and St. Joseph. Homes are open Friday, March 27th, from 4:30 to 7:00 p.m., and Saturday, March 28th and Sunday, March 29th, from noon to 5:00 p.m.
CMBA Executive Director Wanda Schroeder encourages visitors to download the CMBA Tour app before heading out, as a last-minute home addition may still be in the works. Print magazines listing the homes are available at Coborn’s and Little Duke gas stations across the area, but the app will carry the most up-to-date information.
Builder Dave Werschay encourages prospective buyers to use the tour as a chance to connect personally with builders, noting that a construction relationship can last anywhere from six months to two years.
Admission is free and open to the public.
