Strides for Care 5K at Saint Benedict to Support Free St. Cloud Clinic

(KNSI) – A run through a central Minnesota campus will raise funds for one of St. Cloud’s three Community Outposts.

Registration is now open for the Strides for Care 5K on the College of Saint Benedict grounds. The race will take place on April 11th at 10:00 a.m. The run and walk is hosted by the CSB/SJU Nursing Club in support of the Salem Community Outpost and Clinic. The cost is $15, which includes a t-shirt.

Organizers say the event is meant to strengthen the heart of the community. It brings community members together to raise funds that help provide free healthcare to those facing barriers, while also giving nursing students hands-on experience serving others.
