(KNSI) – Six rising leaders from the Greater St. Cloud area have been selected to participate in a leadership program bringing an Ivy League-caliber experience to central Minnesota.

The Minnesota Young American Leaders Program (MYALP), developed in partnership with Harvard Business School, is set for May on the University of Minnesota Twin Cities campus. The gathering draws from themes and content used in Harvard’s national Young American Leaders Program and is designed to equip leaders with tools for cross-sector collaboration and inclusive community development.

Greater St. Cloud’s 2026 cohort includes Kimberly Windschitl of Creative-Apparatus, Shantelle Kane of St. Cloud State University, Alberto Ramos of St. Cloud Technical & Community College, Sabrin Ali of the Center for African Immigrants and Refugees Organization (CAIRO), Clarinda Solberg of United Way of Central MN, and Dr. Amanthi Demuth of Demuth Spinal Clinic.

The three-and-a-half-day program brings together more than 60 leaders from across Minnesota for case studies, expert presentations, and research on the future of work and inclusive economic growth. Greater St. Cloud has led regional participation in the program since 2019.

Graduates of the program have the chance to work on initiatives designed to benefit their communities.
