(KNSI) — Integracare Clinics has opened a new location in Sartell at 2251 Connecticut Avenue South, replacing its former building on 2nd Street.
The new facility offers more space, an expanded lobby, and additional parking. Primary care, physical therapy, and chiropractic services are available on the second floor, while lab and radiology services are on the first floor.
The former Sartell building will be sold or leased. Integracare’s Foley location will continue operating under the current providers, Shana and Dan Nelson, who are purchasing that clinic.
