(KNSI) – Drivers and pedestrians in St. Cloud should plan ahead for the temporary closing of a main crossing over the Mississippi River.
University Drive and the University Bridge will be closed from 5th Ave South to Kilian Blvd beginning at 6:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 3rd. The closure is expected to last one day, weather permitting, to allow for planned bridge inspections.
The City Engineer’s Office is advising motorists and pedestrians to use alternate routes when possible, as the closure may cause traffic delays.
Detour signs will be posted in the area.
