(KNSI) – The Bernick Family Foundation, in partnership with the Central Minnesota Community Foundation, has granted $30,000 to two St. Cloud organizations.
All grants go toward supporting youth, education, fitness and well-being programs primarily in greater Minnesota.
Locally, the latest round gave $20,000 to Friends of Career Solutions in St. Cloud for its 2026 CareerONE: Build Your Tomorrow program.
According to the nonprofit’s website, CareerONE is a place where teens can explore the fields of healthcare, construction, manufacturing, early childhood education, public safety, or other professions. The program provides hands-on experience and college credits.
Aslan Health Primary Care in St. Cloud was awarded $10,000 for a mobile youth sports physical/health cart.
The Health Cart is a specialized, portable medical workstation designed for athletic trainers and healthcare providers to deliver on-site care to young athletes. The carts feature padded, easy-to-clean tops designed for taping, assessments, and treatment on the field or court.
In all, the Bernick Family Foundation gave $300,000 in grants to 16 organizations throughout greater Minnesota.
