(KNSI) — The Minnesota State Patrol says a truck driver has died after his rig ran off the road near Rice.
According to the preliminary crash report, 69-year-old Gary Srnsky was driving his Mack truck east on Highway 10 at 1:00 Thursday morning, when it went off the road and drove into the ditch at mile marker 164. Srnsky, who is from Thief River Falls, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Investigators say he was not wearing his seatbelt.
