(KNSI) – Central Appliance Recyclers will permanently close its doors on November 14th.
The family-owned business has served the area for 35 years, providing appliance and electronics recycling services to residential and commercial customers throughout the region since 1990.
Owners Jeff and Carol Groth posted online, “This decision was not made lightly. We want to express our deepest gratitude for the support and loyalty we’ve received throughout our years of operation.”
Effective immediately, Central Appliance Recyclers is implementing several operational changes as they prepare for closure. The business will now only accept appliances and electronics for recycling, and pickup services have been discontinued. All items must be delivered to the facility and paid for at the time of drop-off. Customers with outstanding invoices are asked to settle their accounts before the November 14th closure date.
The company is continuing to accept drop-offs at their location at 3107 Highway 10, until the final closing date.
