(KNSI) — Anderson Trucking Service is making a major move to expand its logistics reach.
The company says it is acquiring the domestic freight brokerage division of Trailer Bridge, Inc. in a deal effective November 1st, 2025. The deal specifically covers Trailer Bridge’s domestic freight brokerage and rail services, while Trailer Bridge will continue operating its core ocean shipping services.
ATS Logistics Services will take over four Trailer Bridge office locations in Jacksonville, Florida; Raleigh, North Carolina; Dallas, Texas; and Kansas City, Kansas.
The acquisition also brings Trailer Bridge’s brokerage employees under the ATS umbrella.
