(KNSI) – Mayor Jake Anderson will carry on a long-standing St. Cloud tradition Thursday when he hosts the annual Day of Remembrance 9/11 Ceremony.
It will be held on the 24th anniversary of the terror attacks on the World Trade Center towers in New York City, the Pentagon in Washington, D.C. Passengers revolted on a fourth plane, bringing it down in a field in Pennsylvania before it could reach its target.
The ceremony is scheduled for the St. Cloud Police Department, located at 101 11th Avenue North, beginning at 5:00 p.m.
