(KNSI) – The Stearns History Museum and Reuse Minnesota are teaming up to offer St. Cloud residents a chance to breathe new life into their broken household items at a free Fix-It Clinic next week.
Skilled volunteers will be on hand to help repair small appliances, electronics, clothing, and toys. Each house is limited to two items for fixing. The clinic not only offers free fixes but also provides an opportunity for participants to learn practical repair skills from experienced volunteers.
The event encourages skill-sharing between neighbors while keeping usable items out of landfills.
The hands-on repair event will take place on Friday, August 15th, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Whitney Senior Center in St. Cloud. Unlike previous clinics, this event requires advance registration through SignUpGenius.
Those interested in attending must pre-register by clicking here.
