Fabulous Armadillos Headline Summertime by George with Groovy Shoes Opening

(KNSI) – This Wednesday’s Summertime by George concert features local favorite The Fabulous Armadillos as the headline act.

The Fabulous Armadillos will take the stage at Eastman Park along Lake George at 7:00 p.m. Since coming out of their shell in 2006, the band has built a large and loyal following with their spot-on recreations of classic vinyl records spanning Country, Motown, Heavy Metal, and 70’s Soft Rock.

Opening act Groovy Shoes will warm up the crowd starting at 5:00 p.m. The duo of Tom Kuhn and Dave Cofell performs an eclectic mix including Folk, Blues, Country, Rock, R&B, Pop, Classical, and original compositions.

The evening also features the Midtown Market, beer garden, and kids’ activities at Little Georgetown.
