(KNSI) — St. Cloud State University is launching five new online business degree programs this fall to expand educational opportunities for students across Minnesota.

The new offerings include an MBA with a Business Analytics concentration, a Graduate Certificate in Business Analytics, and three undergraduate degrees in Finance, Marketing, and Management.

Dr. Katherina Pattit, Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs, says the programs are “opening new doors to education-flexible, relevant and designed for today’s learners. These programs empower students with the skills and knowledge to thrive in a rapidly changing economy.”

In a press release, the university explained it developed the programs in partnership with Risepoint, focusing on data-driven decision-making and organizational strategy for grad students, while undergrad programs provide foundational business skills.

Brandon Johnson, Associate Vice President for Academic Operations, emphasizes the local impact. “Our programs are built to serve both our community and local employers. These new online offerings reflect our commitment to meeting Minnesotans where they are, whether they’re looking to advance in their careers, complete a degree or build the skills our regional workforce needs.”

Fernando Bleichmar, CEO of Risepoint, notes that the programs address the real needs of working adults and career changers, with strategic design to positively impact Minnesota’s economy.

The programs launch in Fall 2025, with applications available now by clicking here.
