(KNSI) – A deer is being blamed for a motorcycle crash that sent two people to the hospital in Fairhaven Township.
Authorities say a 42-year-old man from Clear Lake was heading south on County Road 7 around 9:50 p.m. Thursday when a deer darted into the roadway. He crashed his Harley-Davidson, injuring himself and a 45-year-old passenger from Clearwater.
Both were rushed to the hospital. The Stearns County Sheriff’s Office, Wright County deputies, South Haven Fire, and Mayo Ambulance all responded.
