(KNSI) – St. Cloud’s annual Granite City Days moves into day two with free family fun at the summer celebration’s Park and Rock event Friday.

From 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., visitors to Eastman Park along Lake George will be treated to live music, shop local businesses and artisans at Vendor Village, and enjoy food from area food trucks. For the little ones in the group, there’s a touch-a-truck event, which offers an experience of exploring and learning about big trucks and machinery while meeting first responders. It features everything from police and fire vehicles to combines and tractors.

There is also a petting zoo where kids can get up close with livestock and even feed some four-legged friends. The kids’ zone also offers games and activities for all ages.

Saturday’s attention will turn to downtown for the parade starting at 10:00 a.m., followed by the downtown patio party. The big day also features Panstock at Pantown Brewing. The summer celebration finishes on Sunday at Eastman Park from 11:00 to 4:00 p.m. with the Fred Yiran African Arts Festival.
