Public Input Meeting for Chain of Lakes County Park Set for June 25th

(KNSI) — The Stearns County Parks Department is holding a public input meeting regarding Chain of Lakes County Park.

Officials will provide an overview of draft hunting regulations, park rules, and ordinance revisions, followed by an opportunity to provide feedback on several focused topics. Proposed Ordinances and Hunting Regulations can be found on the Chain of Lakes website by clicking here. Public hunting is anticipated to be open this fall.

The meeting will be held on Wednesday, June 25th, at the Wakefield Town Hall. The address is:

The schedule will have an introduction and overview from 6:30 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. The focused feedback session is set for 6:45 to 7:30.
