St. Cloud Man Recovering After Being Hit by an SUV Saturday Night

(KNSI) – A 57-year-old St. Cloud man is recovering after he was hit by a woman in an SUV while he was crossing the street.

According to the Minnesota State Patrol’s preliminary crash report, it happened just after 10:00 Saturday night. Crash investigators say the 20-year-old from St. Augusta was driving a Pontiac Torrent west on Highway 10 and turning onto 7th Street Southeast when she hit the man as he was in the crosswalk.

She was not hurt. The man was taken to CentraCare St. Cloud Hospital for treatment.

The state patrol says he suffered non-life-threatening injuries, but those injuries were not specified.
