(KNSI) — The Veterans Drive partial lane closures scheduled to start this week have been cancelled.
On Tuesday, road crews were preparing to narrow Veterans Drive, between 25th and 29th Avenues North, to one lane in each direction for utility work. The partial closure would have mostly affected the inner lanes but could have been shifted to the outer lanes during the nearly month-long project as needed.
According to a press release from the city, the rescheduled date has not been determined. A reason for the cancellation was not given.
