The facility is accessible daily from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. It’s controlled by automatic gates, and users must purchase a permit to drop off leaves, grass clippings, brush, tree branches and additional clean yard waste. They can also pick up compost.
The cost for Sartell users is $35. LeSauk Township and St. Cloud residents can use the facility for a fee of $80. Residents of no other community can get a permit.
