(KNSI) – Minnesota is ready to throw its collective engine open and redline the senses in September when a major country star comes to the Xcel Energy Center.
Jason Aldean will headline the “Full Throttle” tour with Nate Smith, who is quickly amassing a string of top-ten singles himself, Raelynn, and Dee Jay Silver. The show is scheduled for Saturday, the sixth, and tickets go on sale this Friday at 10:00 a.m.
Aldean has been a leading man in country music for nearly 20 years. He boasts 28 number ones, 18 billion streams, and over 20 million album sales. He has been nominated for a Grammy and named Entertainer of the Year three times by the Academy of Country Music.
Aldean is best known for writing about life away from the city. His biggest recent hits include “Try That in a Small Town” and “Let Your Boys Be Country,” which Billboard says enthusiastically endorse the values of rural America, the experience of love and loss there, and the benefits of growing up in that environment.
