(KNSI) — Police are investigating after a body was found at the Elk River Landfill.
Authorities were called to the site just after 9:00 on Tuesday morning for a report of a missing trucking company employee. Shortly after police arrived, the person was found and pronounced dead at the scene.
The investigation is ongoing, but foul play is not suspected.
