(KNSI) — The Greater St. Cloud Development Corporation is transforming part of the Davidson Opera House into a pop-up shop.

It will open Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and serve as a perfect place to warm up as downtown transforms into a winter wonderland with the second annual Bold & Bright celebration. Michelle Massman is a co-founder of the Culinary Studio. It will be one of the shop’s first featured tenants.

Also in the pop up is Eminent Coffee, so attendees have a warm beverage to wash down a scone or two that the Culinary Studio will have available for sample and sale. Massman said, “We will have three scone flavors at the event. Raspberry white chocolate, which is the fan favorite, and caramel apple, which is one of my favorites, and pumpkin maple.”

There will also be art on display.

The GSDC will shuffle the shops it showcases in the space quickly. The Culinary Studio will be there for one day only. On top of scones, the business provides unique cooking lessons. For now, it is based out of Sauk Rapids-Rice High School. Learn more by clicking here.
