(KNSI) – A business in Waverly is destroyed by flames on Christmas Day.
Deputies were dispatched to EG Autowork around 7:15 a.m. They found the building fully, which caused traffic disruptions along Highway 12.
The structure was a total loss as the fire spread throughout the body shop. The Minnesota State Fire Marshal was contacted; the cause has not been determined at this time.
The Montrose, Howard Lake, Cokato, and Delano Fire Departments supported the Waverly firefighters.
