(KNSI) – A battered women’s shelter in St. Cloud is looking for volunteers to help shovel snow.
Anna Marie’s Alliance needs help adding to its Emergency Snow Removal Crew. Members help keep the facility’s sidewalks safe for shelter residents and staff. Each time it snows, a coordinator will reach out to available volunteers from a call list to get assistance shoveling or snow-blowing.
According to their website, Anna Marie’s Alliance has served more than 21,000 survivors of relationship abuse since 1979.
