(KNSI) – The International Game Fish Association is investigating a potential world record catch on Mille Lacs Lake.
The organization says Art Weston landed a 54-inch muskie on October 29th. He reeled it in after it chomped down on his lure, pulled it from the water and measured the fish, before safely releasing it back into the water.
The IGFA notes the record is still pending. No word on when the review will be completed.
