(KNSI) – Police are pleading with the public to help solve a 2016 murder case.
Authorities say Terry Brisk was November 7th while hunting in Belle Prairie Township on land his family owned. In a release, Morrison County Sheriff Shawn Larsen says it is believed the 41-year-old knew the person who shot him and that he was killed with his own rifle. The two are thought to have been interacting while standing near each other. Deputies have been looking for a blue van or minivan, calling it a vehicle of interest in the investigation.
Officials continue to review the evidence, and they hope someone will come forward with information to help them solve the case and bring closure to Terry’s family. A $30,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person responsible for the crime.
