(KNSI) – The nurses at CentraCare – St. Cloud Hospital is in the elite class after earning its fifth straight Magnet Designation credential.
The recognition represents the highest honor for excellence in nursing and patient care in the world. It is given to medical providers who show a continuous dedication to the highest nursing standards. Only 10% of hospitals in the United States are honored. CentraCare – St. Cloud Hospital is one of 71 worldwide to earn the distinction for the last five years.
The hospital was honored on Wednesday at the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s International Magnet Conference in New Orleans.
