(KNSI) – A Dassel man suffered life-threatening injuries after being ejected from his car in a rollover crash Saturday morning.
The Minnesota State Patrol reports that the 26-year-old driver was traveling northbound in a Saturn SL2 on Highway 24 near County Road 17 in Meeker County, and just after 7:30 a.m., the car went off the left side of the road, rolling end-over-end until it came to rest upside down on County Road 17. The driver was ejected from the car.
The man was taken to St. Cloud Hospital with life-threatening injuries. The state patrol says he was not wearing a seat belt, and it is unknown if alcohol was a factor in the crash.
