Beef ‘O’ Brady’s Eyes St. Cloud for Expansion

(KNSI) – A family sports pub with three locations in Minnesota is looking pick up a victory in the St. Cloud area.

Beef ‘O’ Brady’s is looking to expand its presence in the Land of 10,000 Lakes over the next decade by adding up to a dozen new restaurants. CEO Chris Elliot feels the Minnesota market is a sleeping giant. “We have had very successful locations in Minnesota for years, Monticello, St Francis and Andover. They’ve all been there over 15 years.”

Those successes are driving growth in the state. Elliot told KNSI News that other nearby locations make the city seem like a good fit. “St. Cloud is up the road, on Interstate 94 from Monticello, and it just seems like a natural extension to development there.”

Elliot says they do really well in towns the size of St. Cloud. Beef ‘O’ Brady’s is looking for franchise partners. Once a St. Cloud restaurant owner is found, it will take about 12 to 18 months to open a place.

Beef ‘O’ Brady’s opened its first store in Brandon, Florida, in 1985. Since then, the franchise has grown to 140 locations in 21 states.
