(KNSI) – CentraCare St. Cloud Hospital is being honored with a prestigious award for saving people when they’re experiencing some of their scariest moments.
The Intensive Care Unit has earned the gold-level Beacon Award for Excellence from the American Association of Acute and Critical Care Nurses. The hospital is one of only three ICUs in the state to earn the distinction.
The AAACCN says the award highlights the medical provider’s commitment to patient care and a healthy work environment.
