CentraCare Plaza Pediatrics Offers Body Positivity Programs for Girls

(KNSI) — A St. Cloud-based medical provider is ensuring that young girls have body confidence as they develop.

CentraCare Plaza Pediatrics has partnered with Bras for Girls, an organization for girls ages eight to 18. It helps adolescent girls with proper-fitting bras and essential education on the stages of development.

Each bra is measured during the well-child exam to ensure a proper fit for growth. The girls then receive bras tailored to their size and needs. Parents interested in getting their girls to participate in the program are encouraged to talk to a CentraCare pediatrician at their next appointment.
