(KNSI) – An emergency no-wake zone has been removed from a Richmond area lake.
The order for North Browns Lake went into effect on August 15th. The Stearns County Sheriff’s Office says while water levels remain high, the conditions have improved over the last eight days to the point that that the order can be lifted.
Heavy rainfall earlier this month led to damaged shorelines and boats due to wakes from passing watercraft.
