(KNSI) – The Benton County Fair continues Thursday with a big bash of steel and metal in the grandstands.
The big event is tonight’s demolition derby, with the crashing underway at 7:30 p.m. The 111th Benton County get-together is full of other entertainment, including Gen X Jukebox rocking the stage at the beer garden from 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. The Cottonwood Stage will be busy throughout the day, starting with magician Kevin Saline, followed by musicians Costello & Hipps Duo and Andy Austin.
Animal exhibits will be open all day. You can see the draft horses trotting out to show off their good looks, as well as the poultry and rabbit judging. There is also a 4-H/FFA Tractor Driving Contest.
That’s on top of bingo, kids’ activities, and enjoying the rides on the midway. The Benton County Fair is open through Sunday.
