(KNSI) – Attention Target shoppers. Starting Monday, personal checks will no longer be accepted as payment at the big box retailer’s checkout lanes.
The company says very few guests pay for their purchases with a check, so the payment form will be eliminated. It’s also the latest move to speed up the checkout experience.
Recently, Target limited the self checkouts for guests with fewer than ten items.
Cash, credit/debit cards, and digital forms of payment will still be accepted.
