(KNSI) – A St. Cloud man is in the Stearns County jail and charged with two counts of criminal sexual conduct.
Police say they were called to a report of a woman being choked Wednesday night. They say two women spoke with them, including a family friend of 22-year-old Linus Segbe. She told investigators that Segbe was with the other women in another room, and the two were alone. She said she went to check on them because the woman had been drinking. When she went into the room, she told police, the woman was on a bed, partially undressed, and Segbe was leaning over her.
The woman told investigators Segbe grabbed her around the throat, pinned her down on the couch, and rubbed himself on her.
Segbe allegedly told officers he went to the house to try and have sex with one of the women when the other interrupted them. He also reportedly said he had gone to the house to have sex with at least one, if not both, of the women.
His next court appearance is set for March 17th.
