(KNSI) — The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension is investigating after a 13-year-old boy was found dead at a juvenile care facility in Willmar Monday morning.
Just before 8:00, first responders were called to the building that houses the Prairie Lakes Youth Programs after the 13-year-old was found unresponsive. Life-saving measures were taken at the scene, but he was pronounced dead a short time later.
Investigators say so far there doesn’t appear to be signs of trauma or foul play.
