(KNSI) — The St. Cloud Police Department says a missing vulnerable adult has been found.
Authorities said William Lee Nabors walked away from CentraCare St. Cloud Hospital around 7:00 p.m. Monday night. He has several medical and medication needs but left the hospital before getting treatment.
An alert went out early Tuesday morning to find Nabors. Less than three hours later, police say he had been located safe.
Investigators thanked the public for their help.
