St. Cloud Police Seek Help Finding Missing Teen

(KNSI) — The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension is asking for the public’s help to find a missing teen who may have run away from 180 Degrees Youth Shelter.

Fourteen-year-old Cilia Langoya was last seen at the shelter on the evening of April 24th and hasn’t been heard from since. She is described as black, 5’3″, 150 pounds, and with brown eyes. The last time she was seen, she had blond hair, but authorities say that may no longer be the case. No clothing description was given other than that she was wearing an orange bonnet.

Langoya has a history of running away and drug use.

Anyone who may have seen her or who has any information regarding her whereabouts is asked to contact police by calling 911 or 320-251-1200.
