(KNSI) — A Foley couple is in trouble with the Minnesota Department of Revenue for allegedly failing to file income tax returns.

The Ramsey County Attorney’s Office has charged Ian Anthony Stocco and Jessica Leigh Stocco, each with six felony counts of willfully failing to file individual income tax returns. According to authorities, from 2017 through 2022, the Stoccos knew of their obligation to file income tax returns but did not, even though they made enough income through his business to require them to file and pay taxes. The Department of Revenue says they owe over $129,000 in income tax, interest and penalties.

Each tax-related felony charge carries a maximum penalty of five years in prison, a $10,000 fine, or both.
