(KNSI) – A St. Cloud man is facing several charges after allegedly assaulting a woman, taking a child from a vehicle and fleeing.
A criminal complaint filed in Stearns County court says that on Saturday 28-year-old Trae Patterson struck a woman on her head while she was driving and climbed into the back seat of the vehicle. The complaint says Patterson then picked up a child in the backseat, left the vehicle and entered a nearby bar, where authorities arrested him.
Patterson will appear in court on March 4th for two felony charges of domestic assault and one gross misdemeanor charge of child endangerment.
