(KNSI) — The Sartell-St. Stephen School Board has selected four semi-finalists to interview for the school district’s superintendent position.
The semi-finalists were selected from a pool of applicants based on criteria established by the school board, as well as survey input provided by Sartell-St. Stephen stakeholders.
They are:
Kevin Grover, Superintendent – International Falls Public Schools
Dr. Michael Rivard, Assistant Superintendent – St. Cloud Area School District
Timothy Rohweder, High School Principal – Proctor Public Schools
Dr. Kurt Stumpf, Superintendent – Pequot Lakes Public Schools
The school board has scheduled interviews for the semi-finalists beginning Wednesday, March 6th, 2024, and Thursday, March 7th. Interviews start at 5:30 p.m. at Sartell High School inside Watab 101 and Watab 102. They are open to the public but will not be recorded or livestreamed.
The second round of interviews is March 11th at 4:15. The board is asking for public input and feedback. Anyone interested in helping out that day can fill out the form by clicking here.
A survey was conducted earlier in the search. School Board Chair Tricia Meling said she is grateful for everyone who offered their thoughts. The information gathered has been “crucial to make sure the most qualified candidate is selected for our district.”
