(KNSI) — Two Minnesotans woke up as millionaires on Monday, according to state lottery officials.
The Minnesota Millionaire raffle offers 800,000 tickets for sale for $10 each and then draws for several prizes – including two $1 million dollar winners on January 1st. Tickets for the 2024 drawing sold out in a record 22 days.
One of the winning $1 million tickets was sold at a Coborn’s in Delano. The other was sold at a Kwik Trip in Dundas in southern Minnesota.
There are five $100,000 winners, five $50,000 winners and five $25,000 winners.
