Grinches are affecting another area holiday display.
This time, it is the first-ever St. Cloud Lights Festival set up in Spalt Park on the city’s northeast side. Organizers say fake QR codes for admission are circulating online.
The public gets their first chance to walk through this evening, and tickets are sold for one-hour periods. Each session includes tie-ins like drinks and cookies, a reading of The Christmas Story, and other fun, so tickets must be bought for a specific time period each evening.
